Select all the data. The options tab will appear on the ribbon. Select any cell in your pivottable.
This will generate the pivot table pane as shown below.
Click the pivottable button in the tables group on the insert tab. Select the fields as shown in the image below. Excel opens the create pivottable dialog box and selects all the table data as indicated by a marquee around the cell range. Select the data range rows and columns in the worksheet that you wish to analyze.
