Set The Print Area So Only The Selected Cells Will Print. Click the page layout tab at the top of the window. On the page layout tab in the page setup group click print area and then click set print area.
Go to the page layout tab. To set multiple print areas hold down the ctrl key and click the areas you want to print. On the page layout tab in the page setup group click print area and then click set print area.
After selecting the area you want to print out go to page layout print area set print area.
Click print to finish the process. Each print area gets a separate page. Each print area prints on its own page. After selecting the area you want to print out go to page layout print area set print area.
