Set Print Area Excel 2016. Go to the page layout tab. Now that will include only the cells you selected for the printout area.
To select multiple. Now press the print titles button to open the page setup window. Select the range of cells you want to print.
Click print area on the page layout tab.
On the page layout tab in the page setup group click on the print area dropdown list. On the file tab click print. Click print area on the page layout tab. Set one or more excel print areas open a worksheet and select the cells that you want to be part of the print area.
