Set Print Area Excel 2010. Now navigate to page layout tab and from print area options click add to print area. Open the spreadsheet in excel 2010 that contains the cells that you want to select and print.
Now when you print you will be only printing your selected print area. Use your mouse to select the cells that you want to print. Click the page layout tab at the top of the window.
Making sure the area is still selected in the excel 2010 menu bar select the page layout tab and the print area button the area should still remain selected.
Now just press print button to print the selected area. Open the spreadsheet in excel 2010 that contains the cells that you want to select and print. Making sure the area is still selected in the excel 2010 menu bar select the page layout tab and the print area button the area should still remain selected. It will draw a border around the range of cells indicating that it is now added into print area.
