Menu Dropdown Excel. Separate each value you enter with a comma. On the data tab click the data validation option.
It can be one cell a range of cells or few cells which located apart from each other. Click in the source field then type the values you want to display in the drop down list. This also gives you the possibility of controlling exactly what can be entered into a cell.
